Had my spark plugs replaced here about a year ago. They told me they replaced them with OEM Motorcraft plugs, as is required by the service manual. Car has been acting up, come to find out upon pulling plugs that they charged me OE prices for Champion plugs (which should never ever be put into a Ford vehicle, let alone a muscle car!) Car was missfiring on the 7th cylinder and the plugs were all toast. Thanks for charging me an arm and a leg for crappy service.

Called this repair center and asked what the wait for a safety inspection was. They said an hour so I went. When I dropped my car off he said an hour and a half. 3 hours later after me complaining they look at it finally. I will never stop here again and I'd rather push my car to the next repair center if I broke down.
