Love this store! The store is clean inside and out. Employees are helpful and are long-timers. I'm an ultra savvy bargain hunter and can say with confidence: the prices and sales at Kmart and Sears are the best! Especially love the Shop Your Way Rewards. Kmart and Sears rewards you for shopping with them (bonus pts, dollars, coupons etc). Almost seems I get as much merchandise on rewards as I do buying! The prices and sales really help out when shopping for clothing and shoes for a whole family. ALSO worthy of mention: The Little Caesar's Pizza in THIS K-Mart is better than any other on the area! The Stuffed Crust Pan ranks up there with gourmet pizza restaurants in the area. I think the kid's name is Juan who makes pizzas and does a great job.

I made an online pickup at store purchase on the 27th and recieved a text and an email on the Oct. 28th in the mid morning that my purchase was ready to be picked up. Later that afternoon I was also reminded of my package having been fulfilled once again and it being ready for pick up.
My online purchase was very disappointing, huge hassle to say the least, not easy and convenient like they make it seem on the website...at least at the Norridge, IL location!
I had to wait 20 minutes he "assistant manager" Rafael instructed an employee to tell me he was busy, take my information and they'll look into it!?
What lack of customer service skills, professionalism, management training and work ethic. I refused to accept that as "a solution". I needed to speak to him face to face and request a reasonable explain/solution, as well as to have Rafael ake charge and DO HIS JOB...not to pass it off and not to take responsibility for his lack of skills.
I will no longer shop at this location or at Kmart online after this frustrating hour with no solution and or apology!

This place is the worst. Half of the price checkers don't work. There's always nobody to assit customers. My family and another lady were waiting and going around the store for 10 minutes trying to find someone to help us. Customer service is an absolute joke. They laugh at you if you need assistance and don't know anything. No wonder there's a now hiring banner at the entrance, this place needs new people. It really sucks and I don't recommend going here at all.
