They are constantly losing or delivering my packages to someone other than me, i am always recieving mail that is not mine also. In the last 5 years since my regular carrier retired, they have lost over 30 packages of mine. Staff inside of the post office are nice but that doesn't do me any good when No one has a clue where my packages are going. And yes I have filed multiple complaints with the post master general about the issues

I have a package that got shipped to this location. The manager Marcy who didn't even ask for my tracking bar code number number gave me a number that didn't exist. When I told her it didn't exist she called me a liar then hung up. For a service that we all trust to deliver our packages people like Marcy are the kind if people you can't trust.

Rude customer service over the phone. Sorry for wasting 20 seconds of your time asking a simple question I didn't know the answer to.
