Waited for 10 minutes and no one was their. Came back after touring the store and still no employees. Never going their again and would suggest to not waste your time as they could care less about customer's.

Glad we got our controller, but electronic associate does not know what he's talking about.
Initially told me I could not get replacement controller even though I had purchased home tech. Protection plan.
My son was able to speak with exchange rep. And we got our controller.
Why sell people a service plan and then turn them away ....because you don't know how to process exchange. Then make up....a reason

I been trying to get hold of someone from employment but they don't seem to want to answer any calls. I tried the Spanish option but it said "it's an invalid response" I even tried the electronics department and the guy was no help telling me I had to keep calling and hopefully they will answer but he couldn't transfer me over because that phone didn't have that option. Poor customer service.
