Barry helped me out and more than anyone because he knew he had to compensate for his peers. He may have helped me out because he knew I was trying to get home to my Dad who is diagnosed with two types of cancer and he was also dealing with a loved one and cancer... I truly believe if Barry wasn't there to share his empathy with me, my experience would have been much worse. You guys got one good guy on that auto center team, so you guys only get one star.

We purchased a refrigerator and really made the sales guy, Cornelio Martinez, jump through hoops to change our selection twice, and then a couple days later were able to easily repair the fridge we have so canceled the order. We found the sales team, especially Cornelio, to be knowledgeable and professional. The order was canceled without any pressure whatsoever. This experience changed our view of the Sears experience, and we will shop at this store in the future.
