Went to pick up my layaway today and they wouldn't let me. When I signed up for the Awards card many many years ago I put my husband's name on it. We've been married for 50 years. I was told he had to pickup my layaway. I've laid things away at Kmart for 40 years and never had someone tell me this. The big problem is my husband has been bed ridden for almost a year. Now I have to figure out how to get him down there or I won't be able to pick up any of my Xmas presents. Absolutely crazy!!!

I usually shop the pharmacy. Great employees. Excellent customer service. They just changed their hours in the pharmacy. Not too pleased about that. But the employees and their competency, make me forget that. The store itself, would get about three stars. Due to the prices. And the checkout lanes. But the shop your way reward points, make up for the prices. And I get that they can't schedule more checkers, for a few hours of business. And they rest of the time they are dead.
