Purchased two pairs of boots online from Macy's. I returned one pair at the Brookwood Macy's and the sales woman was very very rude. She was talking with a customer and I couldn't find anyone else to help me so I politely asked if she was working the register. She said "yeah" and was very put off by my asking. I walked to to the register and she took her time coming to help me. She said "return" I said yes and I wanted to get another pair of boots but she was so unfriendly that I was uneasy about asking her for help. I did ask if they carried the boot that I purchased on line. Her answer "yeah" I asked where they were. She responded "over there". Very unfriendly and bothered that she had to take care of me at all. I'll go somewhere else to purchase boots. What a shame

I have always shopped in this store and loved it. Lately, it has really declined to the point that I have thought they might be shut down. The inventory is low and they hardly have any staff working in clothing dept. You literally have to go and look for someone to ring you up. So frustrating! I would hate to see Bham lose Macys but if they don't "up their game" it will be happening sooner, than later.
