Second time at el cirque el cheapo... Once in a while I had tears in my eyes ,taking in all the hard work,talent and beauty! The juggling was awesome!

Had the pleasure of seeing Communion 3rd Edition at Aloft. Was the first time I was to Aloft's new location. Their new digs answered the question... what do you do with an old church. Turning the church into a circus school provided untold opportunities as a performance space. Incredible aerial acts made for a wonderful evening. In 2007, I set foot on a 10-year journey through Chicago. Riding public transit 15,000 miles walking 6000, attending 3000 cultural events, including concerts, lectures, art openings, plays, staged readings, museums and art festivals. I am not a reviewer, artist, musician or aspirant, I am the audience.
