There are worse things. Overly priced if you buy overly priced items, but Starbucks or a combo meal are expensive as well if you think the tea is. The associates are outgoing and just as annoying as you would expect any sales person to be, though not nearly as annoying as the cell phone kiosk folks or the people with the flat irons and lotions. I go back about twice per month and they remember me, so that's kind of cool.

I joined my wife to see the cool tea shop she goes to. She'd never met Shanelle. Pushy, disinterested, rude and unprofessional. The tea is the only reason they get 2 stars from me. Management, she just lost you 2 customers.

Best tea samples. Also comes with really good customer service, too.
