So I walk into kmart in Jackson to buy some things I need, I see this lovely pillow calling my name priced at 9.99 I pick it up and go to check out after I'm done shopping.



Cashier: hi did you find everything ok/do you have a kmart card



Me: yes I did thank you, and no I don't have a card



Cashier rings up my items and pillow comes up as a sale items at 17.99



Naturally I said I got the pillow from the cart in the aisle at 9.99, and she said she's been having that problem all day of them not ringing up the right price



She then proceeds to fix the price a customer service manager comes up saying "what are you doing you can't do that, those are not 9.99"



She tells him that they are and she's checked on them a few times already today, as do I by saying "yes sir I found them with the other pillows priced at 9.99"



The CSM then shakes his head to go do a price check and comes back with a picture on his phone and the price tag at 17.99. I then exclaimed I didn't get it from a shelf I got it in the middle of an Isle in a basket, and he literally said "you're a liar because those pillows are only on the shelf, so idk what to tell you they are 17.99 abs that's what your going to have to pay"



Here's were it gets interesting



He then starts to yell at the cashier saying how she's incompetent and cant change prices without asking and if she did it again she's fired, and all this crap



I can tell she's uncomfortable and scared for her job so I smile and pay for my items, walk to my sexy ass car as they watch me put my stuff in because it's close to closing time.



I shut my door and walk back in with my phone and he tells me the store is closing



I looked at him and said not for 10 more minutes and walk away, I go to where I saw the pillows snapped my own picture, waked up to the cashier to show her (who is a lovely and very nice lady who was being professional and doing her job the way it was to be done and I applaud her for not shoving a fist in the csms throat, cause I would have), she's excited to see she was right we go to look and here comes the CSM right behind us saying she's not aloud to do price checks!



Here's what I said



Look before I make you look even more stupid than you already are



1. I don't appreciate the way you talk to your employees, it makes you look like a tool, especially when your wrong



2. You bold faced called me a liar, i I hate that



3. Here's the basket of pillows that doesn't exist



Whoes the fucking liar now? Before you jump to conclusions and insult your employees and a paying customer, maybe do your job right because you just made yourself look like a complete asshat



You disrespect me and disrespect a woman working for you how professional



As all the cashiers are laughing (because at this time I'm very irate and yelling) he asked if I would like to return the pillow, i said no i obviously payed the 17.99 because I want this specific pillow, but thanks for yet again not offering me the 9.99 that's it's priced (so apparently it was the 17.99 or not at all)





Thinking that my eventful night was over I come back to work and I called Kmart and ask to speak to the building manager or whoever it is that runs it I want to talk to him to let him know what happened he was just as rude saying that it was not his fault it was her fault she never should have gone to do a price check she never should have done this or that so at this point I'm at a loss for words it seems like all the managers here at Kmart are stupid and it makes me feel bad for the people that do work there that have to put up with the crap because of their other stupid employees so who do I go to for this do I call their corporate or what or do I just let it go



Anyways I told him they all need to do their jobs right and give that girl some praise because if I was her I would have put my foot down his goddamn throat and then I told the manager on the phone he can go f*** himself because he's a very unprofessional prick.



Excuse all the language but when you're treated like this by multiple managers you kind of have no restraint on language
