First time using this company for a yearly inspection on the AC. Superb!!!!! The technician was prompt and friendly. He informed me of what he was doing at all times. I have a hearing problem and when he spoke to me he also spoke with my daughter making sure I understood everything. He was very respectful of me and of my home. I definitely will have this company come back and will recommend them highly. I not only give the company 5 stars, but I give the technician, GARY BLUME 6 stars.

We recently remodeled one of the bathrooms in our house, and we needed someone to install a new faucet and sink drain for the vanity. Shaun Swain, our service tech, was on time and very professional throughout the entire process. We have used Preferred Home Services in the past for HVAC replacement, hot water heater replacement, and just about any other plumbing need you can think of, and they have yet to let us down. Great company, great customer service, and Shaun is the most recent in a long list of great technicians to help us out. Thanks again.
