Went here for a drink and waited for ten minutes with no one else in line. Employees kept looking over at me but no one came over to take my order. Finally I just left...I'll give my business to another paneras from now on.

The staff made us clean up a mess that wasn't even ours. Then we were given rude and disgusted looks by the staff. Then, when I went up to order a cookie and they made remarks about getting more napkins for myself. Will not meet up here with friends again, finding a different meet up.They should make a half star rating for this place it really disgusted me.
