i've dealt with a lot of cable company's, mediacom, time warner, cox etc etc... Not a single issue here. Signed up for the service, was given a set time and arrival for the technicians to show up and was delivered everything i was promised. Speed is 100% exactly what i pay for and the technicians did a clean installation as well as going above and beyond by removing excess cable across my house and an extra drop that was unneeded as well. very satisfied with the service.

The leadership is the issue here. The employees are great. But that only puts a bandaid on the real issues.

Roams within Guymon: No signal between Guymon and Elkhart on Highway 64: Difficult to send a text with a picture from my house/backyard in Guymon: Cannot get a technician to help answer questions; other than upgrade: Signal in Cimarron county is terrible: PTCI offers great deals to new customers but never offer to existing customers, who are having problems like this: So, due to lack of completion, we must deal with the service they provide, which is terrible! I would welcome a phone call from PTCI but the odds are not good....
