Wonderful Experience, A while back I had an issue with a laptop and brought it into ShoutPC to be looked at, and I live rather far away. The employee at the front counter was very receptive and even though a friend of mine, who was with me at the time, was agitated and being a little rude to this employee (for unrelated reasons) we were immediately brought to speak with the owner who quickly assessed the issues with the laptop and offered a viable and fair estimate for repair and subsequent return timeframe for my laptop. All of this took place over a holiday vacation which makes it even more amazing that these people were willing to be of so much help during a time most shops are closed. Can not say thanks enough to the guys at ShoutPC!

Called ahead, owner said he would be there, but wasn't. Dropped off my computer with another man there, gave him description of problem. They never called with a diagnosis. 2 days later I called and they said it needed a new hard drive and that it would take 2 weeks and did not have a price for the repair. What is this? 1975? Two weeks, and they couldn't even promise that, for a hard drive my teenage kid could do in two hours, including the drive to Best Buy?

Went here to get my Desktop fixed. The service was quick and inexpensive.
