My husband and I have been living here for a year and a half now and absolutely LOVE IT! We recently transferred from a 1 bdrm to a remodeled 2 bdrm. Abbey and Aaron were so helpful and continue to be as questions come up. The apartments and grounds are beautiful. The pools have been resurfaced and gas grills have been put in, which we use frequently. The gym is currently under construction and we are looking forward to the new upgrades and using it again soon. The price is right for what you get and the neighbors have been wonderful. I would say only look at the reviews from the past 1- 1 1/2 years. New management has come in and completely turned this place around. We will continue to live here as long as the rent price stays reasonable.

Everything looked and felt great about this place, I was so close to signing when they mentioned a contract with CenturyLink. NO option for cable internet speeds, obviously CenturyLink offered the owners a deal that was too lucrative to pass up. They lose 5-10 potential renters a week due to this. If you are a heavy internet user/gamer, go somewhere else.

Moved to Trevi a few months ago and have been very happy here! Location, office staff, and overall apartment have all been positives. Great place if you are looking for an attached garage.
