Waited an hour for food and still had to pay for it. Try to call and talk with someone about it. Called the number in the receipt and window twice and haven't gotten a call back. Also food the survey in the receipt and said I wanted a call back and still haven't received a call back. Haven't been back since. I'd much rather drive to Omaha and go to a store that's actually going to care and get food out quickly.

Sorry, but since they've rebuilt its gone to crap!!!!!! went through drive thru for the kids to get drinks...well 30 minutes later they got them...we waited 20 minutes not even moving just to place the order by the time we got our drinks i was so aggravated i had to make a remark to the employee they just stood there looking at me like i was the nut job...never did get an apology or anything else...i wouldnt normally give them any stars but since i cant post this without doing so ill give them 1
