Unorganized & poorly run. 16 dollars for one hour + cost of special socks for initial visit. Lines are incredibly slow moving for check in. Purchased 20 hours for my daughter to use over time. Every other time we try and check in they tell us there are no hours remaining on our card. Even though there are 10+ hours every time. Poor customer service from the managers! Hopefully they can get it figured out and lower the pricing!

Family of five and we love it!! Cost is comparable to one hour of bowling for five, 45 min to hour of arcade games at the bowling alley, and food. We actually spent more money at the bowling alley but no one really thinks about it when it's spent in bits and pieces and not all upfront. And also comparable to a family of five going to a movie and getting snacks for two hours. We are so grateful they are here and will definitely be back.� We love it. We also did a birthday party there and though it is pricier than other places, 2.5 hours of party jump time where I don't have to entertain or do anything plus pizza and a party attendant was awesome (we opted for week night party to save on cost and less of a crowd) and the kids were spent by the end of it.
