Love this cafe! which was without doubt the main foundation brick in the cultural regeneration of this part of Smithdown road, which has gone from strength to strength over these last two years or so, with so much more to come, the staff there are absolutely amazing, who have mostly now become really good friends, the job Paul and co have done is nothing short of amazing, everything about the place is right, the atmosphere, the people, the food, some amazing music and art and cultural nights have occurred there over the last twelve months, too many to even name, I,ve met so many fantastic people through that cafe, it,s the type of place where you can pop in just to say hello for five minutes like last night and before you know it the place is alive with super interesting people, and before you realise it you,re on a bit of a night out with the amazing SophieEvo who works there, it,s that type of place, everyone to do with the place goes the extra mile, and it,s that attention to detail that makes it such a vibrant important place for our area, I wouldn,t say it,s an under-statement to actually say Naked Lunch saved this area, it,s been the catalyst from which everything else has sprung from, best breakfasts in the city too, they throw an half decent hot chocolate too, come six o clock it moves seamlessly from a cafe into a bistro/wine bar, it,s a yard!!!

Boss cafe. Went for the first time today after hearing a few mates goin on about it. Got the brekky. Lovely. Everything on the plate was the nicest I've tasted. You get your beans in a little tiny cup too so when you pick it up you feel like a giant! It was chocker but we had our scran within 10 minutes and had eaten it in the next 5 cos it was that nice. Me mate got the veggie brekkie and yammed that, said it was the best he'd had. The staff are on it, the girl who was waiting on us cleared the empty plates within a minute or two and kept the drinks coming, didn't hassle us but was there when we wanted something. Then we just spent the next 10 or 15 minutes havin a gab, soaking up the atmosphere. Boss little community vibe in there. Go. You'll like it. I'll deffo be goin back. Possibly the best cafe in Liverpool!
