This is the first time we have had a friendly experience on the lottery/customer service counter. Usually met by miserable staff on auto pilot, Sat 2nd June 5pm a really nice young girl was serving and she actually acknowledged us and spoke, very friendly.

Made a nice change, hope to be served by her again.

Asked very politely if ok to bring clothing back as didn't know when I'd get a chance to return them to Burnley store. Staff member said 'well we have to take them but we don't like to'. She then felt the need to tell me 3 times whilst giving me a disgusted 'Look'. I didn't expect them to accept the clothing but driving back to Burnley would've been preferable to being spoken to like a naughty kid!
