Having suffered from irritated eyes for many years and a constant struggle to find contact lenses and glasses suitable to my needs, I decided to put my faith in an independent optometrist. I am so glad I found Buchanan's.



On arrival at Buchanan's, I was amazed at the professionalism and attitude of the staff all of whom I found to be friendly and courteous.



I was provided with an initial consultation to discuss my symptoms and provided with an in-depth explanation of possible causes and treatments available. Not only was information clear, but they passed it in a way in which I understood and did not feel pressured into committing to treatments.



Some months on now from my initial visit and having been provided with a treatment plan which has been regularly monitored along the way I am happy to say my irritated and dry eyes have significantly improved. Not only has this had an enormous impact on my wellbeing it has also alleviated the need to use my glasses.



I highly recommend Buchanan Optometrists, a knowledgeable, professional and personable family business where in my opinion the individual matters.

In an RAC survey, 67% of drivers say they are "regularly dazzled" by oncoming headlights even though they are dipped.
