As said by Shuwaib mohamad I have been present and witnessed this manner not just to "different coloured" ppl but just about any colour, size, shape! But if they got what you want and you need it........

Been to this place many times and given them business. i have been spoken to in a very ill manner on a number of occasions . The elderly guy who probably owns the business is rude and impatient. I feel as though he doesn't like different coloured people. Today is the last time I'll be going there.

I have dealt with this company several times and always dealt with business professionally and promptly. We have conducted our business over the phone, where we have delivered and picked up items that have been worked on. Sometimes business' are great business', just the people may not be great at facing customers. i.e. more trade account as opposed to retail account. Main question is did they do what they were asked to do at the right price?
