Food was lovely, staff were the complete opposite. One of the waitresses was very rude and quite miserable. There was no one there to greet us at the entrance and the atmosphere just felt like none of the staff wanted to be there. It took several attempts to get the bill at the end of the meal (baring in mind, it was not busy at all) the waitresses were stood around on their phones... if you don’t want our money, that’s cool. Thanks!

If there was no star that would have been my rating large group of us this evening for my sis birthday. Took 40 mins to get a drink at bar. Food took a long time which was understandable as we were a large group. My steak arrived with no chips or sauce i had ordered i asked for my sauce and was told by the very RUDE waitress wait till all mains are out i explained my steak would be cold by then she ignored me. My sauce eventually arrived with a major attitude from the waitress who then spelt sauce all over my lap and on my clothes. She then started to walk of, i said you have just spelt that all over me. She walked of no appology nothing. I told the manager who got me wipes and said it was human error. I did not eat my food nor did i pay for it. I would not go back here if someone paid me. Poor customer service

Awful service, long waits when it wasn't busy. Steak tasted off and couldn't eat it and the waitress bit my head off saying they are fresh everyday. I'm sure they are but I wouldn't leave my steak if it tasted good! � greasy chips and a salad that looked sorry for itself. So disappointed after looking forward to coming here.
