I have gone to Sandie for both hypnotherapy and hypnotherapy training. I started seeing Sandie when I was unable to leave the house due to severe panic attacks that I endured on a daily basis, after one session I felt relaxed enough to go out for dinner with my parents later that day. The hypnotherapy complimented the work that I was doing with an occupational therapist at the time, it helped me to build up my confidence again, and think about things in a different way. Through seeing Sandie I have gone from not working, to working part time for a charity, which I love, now I am also back in full time education, something I never thought would be possible.



At the end of last year I started training to become an hypnotherapist with Sandie, she is an excellent teacher. She knows so much about hypnotherapy, from her own experiences from her work - in which she has worked with a wide variety of clients, and from her theoretical practice. You can tell you are learning from someone who really knows what they are talking about. As I found with Sandie as my therapist she is a kind and compassionate person, she is so encouraging and wants all of her students to do well. On completing the Hypnotherapy course, I went on to complete the Life Coaching course, this developed what I had learnt from the hypnotherapy course, bringing in other skills which will help me develop my own practice.

Yesterday I attended Sandie's 'Why Weight?' Day. What a great day it was! There was information on nutrition and exercise and lots of ladies had fun trying out boxercise. For me though, the best bit was where we had to challenge our thought patterns and perceptions about overeating and the choices we make. The hypnotherapy session was fabulous. Everyone who attended left with smiles on their faces. What a lovely change to attend a weight loss event with a feel good factor.
