I couldn’t just pay without providing a testimonial since I’m so impressed with your work.... I hate the usual so and so and so and so were polite and clean and the quote matched the invoice blah blah so I hope you’ll appreciate that I’ve told it how I see it …
SHOCKING! that a contractor should turn up on time, every morning that they said they would …. Shorestone Property Services did! Hand lugging wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow of core and grit into my otherwise inaccessible back garden … I didn’t think Health and Safety allowed that anymore! Even more shocking that the foremen and labourers should be hard working – they were also courteous and polite; only stopping for a quick slurp of tea in the rain and a very quick lunch. Then there was the fact that the project was finished on time and on budget … unheard of from my experience …. And then they even cleared up after themselves AND put the toilet seat back down …. Jon, Paul and the team are a credit to the industry and their work is really top quality and I’ll definitely be inviting Shorestone Property services back for any further projects. Thank you
