Andy came out to look at items that needed moving and the house we are moving into, said all ok. Say they have a man who can take out windows to move awkward items so agreed on this. Moving day a different guy comes, tells me they haven't brought window guy and claims that Andy has tried several times to contact me to confirm I needed the window guy to come and I didn't get back to him (untrue). I ring Andy who says he didn't say that, other guy then back pedals saying he must have misheard, contradicts everything Andy had said and claims he can't move anything despite Andy saying no problem. Another phone call to Andy at which point they then drive off without even telling me they have decided not to move my stuff. No one answering the phone. Totally unacceptable and a total shambles. A removal company who say they can't remove furniture. What a joke. Avoid like the plague
