I did YogaBellies from 14 weeks pregnant right up until 41 weeks. It's really good for helping you relax, giving you a safe way to exercise and for meeting people. As well as yoga, we had discussions on pregnancy, birth and feeding which were really helpful. Symmone is lovely and makes everyone feel comfortable and supported.

My lovelies! I know I have been incommunicado these last couple of weeks but that’s because I was off doing a very important job. Brining this little beauty earthside! My own Rose Elizabeth was born on the 29th of March at 10:36pm in a dream Homebirth weighing 7.1lbs. She is smashing! And I can’t wait to come back and share her in class.
