What a great pool for children and families. Lovely and warm and shallow enough that I can easily manage 2 children on my own. I was so impressed with the life guards, my little boy bumped his head on the slide and they were over within seconds checking if he was ok and offering ice packs. We will definitely be back soon.

Very disappointed with customer service at the creshe today and to be honest for the last few weeks I didn't feel my 2 year old twins are welcome. Today I've been told to wait outside the door because we've arrived too early, it was 10:22 and booking was for 10:30, it takes about 5 min to undress them and do paper work. After very unpleasant welcome and very short chat to manager on duty, who didn't seem to care at all I went to LBT class only to discover there was already 50 ladies in the there because another class has been cancelled so somebody decided to join 2 classes together! I'm not sure what the health&safety regulations say but it didn't feel safe to work out in overcrowded room. Luckily there are other gyms so I'll be cancelling membership for myself and my husband. I do not recommend it!!!
