Absolute terrible! Had my sons birthday party yesterday!! Where do I start... unorganised, staff are practically children themselves and very inexperienced to be dealing with the public! Messed food orders up, no balloons even though we paid for them, was told we had a party host who we never actually had!!! Juice was bought out 10 minutes before the party ended!
Was left wondering where to go what room we was in etc and had to keep asking!
15 minutes wait to be served in the cafe for a drink??? By a child with no manners!!!
If that wasn’t enough... NO AIR CON on a 30 degree heat day.... DANGEROUS to say the least!!!
Disgusting service and we paid £17 a child for this... won’t be recommending or coming back!!!!
