I am writing this review following a terrible experience with this company. Having paid just under £200 I am appalled that all we seem to have received is a logo and a blank website. When calling for help the team simply speak in IT jargon and are very unhelpful and patronising. They fail to understand not everyone is technical and do not provide a friendly service at all. Having attempted to fill in the sections required we are consistently told there is not enough information and the website format is very unclear as to what information is needed. Thoroughly disappointed with the service received and would not recommend to anyone trying to set up a website
