Our waitress took orders for drinks and then forgot to bring them. Food was average. When we ordered a shandy they said they had run out of beer and couldnt make one. The young man on the till couldnt get our bill right despite us repeating it FOUR times, and the manager who came to help him was just as bad. Wont eat there again. There were 20 of us and the bill at the end of the meal showed a £9 deficit. The manager topk the £9 deficit out of the tips we had collected for the waitresses. Not good

Went here for mother's day, table booked for 7pm.

Young lad who started off serving us called Andrew was very helpful.

But after that it was down hill, my son and I ordered pate, Andrew came to tell us they ran out of pate, so we picked prawn cocktail it looked nice enough, I was about halfway​ through mine when I heard and felt something hard and gritty I thought it was a piece of my tooth but was very shocked when I pulled out a shard of broken glass, I told Andrew who reported it to the manager, the rest of the meal arrived which was fine, nothing special but fine.

Andrew finished his shift.

We ordered desserts blonde girl took our order a short time later desserts arrived only part that was correct was mine, the rest went back to to be sorted. My daughter's​ after 8 sundae arrived with a lovely black hair stuck to the top. I asked to speak to the manager, he apologized and said he would remove them from the bill but wasn't until we got home we noticed 2 pate starters were still on the bill, so they hadn't changed it to prawn cocktail or removed one of these.

The bill was £116.00 for 5 adults and 1 child. Will definitely not be back we used to go here all the time as we can walk to it, but the last few times have not been great but last night certainly finished it.

Do not go to this restaurant. Our birthday family meal was a joke from start to finish. There was so many things that was wrong I can't even list. Bless the waitress Rebecca. She tried so hard & actually left feeling sorry for her having to constantly apologising for the kitchen. £65 Later we went home angry, hungry & very disappointment. Not going to complain as we don't want invited back with money off. Wouldn't touch their food ever again
