Went in on 31st of July for my husbands birthday, we had booked a table for 7pm. It was quite busy but there was limited staff. It took an hour and 15 for our meals to come out! The meals were disappointing, hubbys meal was half chicken and ribs.... no half chicken but was told he would receive 2 chicken breasts..... he only got 1. Our daughter had asked for the New Yorker burger minus the burger sauce..... burger came out covered in sauce complained to waitress who took it back to the kitchen and came back with everything the same apart from they had changed the roll BUT the burger was still covered in the sauce we had to clean it off ourselves. Mine was the mixed grill apart from the steak which I couldn't get my fork in the rest was tasty but the chips were cold. The unlimited juice wasn't working either.... no gas, no syrup just water coming out of the machine. The bill came to the table with meals on it that we hadn't ordered!! Although the person in charge did take money of our bill in the end for the inconvenience it was very disappointing service and the standards have surely slipped in what used to be a nice place to go for a meal!!

Chips were hard (undercooked), chicken very dry (overcooked), very disappointed as go here for lunch a lot or used to anyway but that's 3 times i have had a bad meal and because staff are so lovely/polite didn't complain but should have, dont think i will be back anytine soon or as much x
