Heard today that body conditioning classes are being discontinued after christmas which myself and other class members we're gutted about!! I have attended other classes and some are over crowded and too intense, and for people like myself with health conditions this class is ideal for a well rounded work out!! None of us can understand why this class is getting dropped, there are well enough numbers and the attendees maybe all the same faces which should be the reason to keep it going!! would hate it if it ended up rammed like circuit training!! hope you give it a second thought!! just saying!!
