Absolutely fantastic service.

Really disappointing customer service from a company who claim to have been operating since 1834. You'd think they'd have got it right by now!!

My experience with this company was a terrible one. Firstly after driving an hour to get to my rented property they were not there for the appointment. It was only when I called the offices after half an hour of waiting that they said they'd forgotten about the appointment and send someone round. The viewing was fine and the quote came in but I called back to see if they could include wetwall in the quote. They said they would have a joiner contact me for access; he did and a time was arranged but he didn't show. I called the offices again to see what happened and they assured me that someone would call back to arrange. From here I called many many times trying to get someone other than the secretary to talk to me. Every time I was told I someone would call me and every time I was left waiting as no one got back to me; this went on for about two months. Shame, as I was willing to accept the quote if the joiners addition was reasonable.
