As a professional Chef and part time food critic, I asked the Manageress what their chicken consisted of to make it so 'processed' tasting, texture (not uncommon in Chinese these days). She completely went on the defensive and put up a wall..'Why are you saying this is not chicken?'...I'm not saying that, what I'm saying is, yours tastes like chopped and shaped processed Chicken, can you show me a label from a packet in the fridge maybe?.... 'Nothing has labels! I don't know why you say this' 30 quid later we're outta there.
I eat real chicken a lot and that tastes nothing like it, sorry
