I'm a JJ fan. It has never let me down. My friend, 6 year old daughter and I went to the Clarenville location yesterday to have supper. Turns out, there was kitchen staff being trained and wait would be an hour and a half we were told. So we left, due to the wait and went to Don Cherry's. Today, we STILL wanted to have our usual: nachos and meal because it's our absolute favorite thing. Such a disappointment!! We asked for Super nachos with extra cheese, jalepenos on side and olives on the side, as well as NO tomatoes for the appetizer. Then we both ordered Philly cheese steak meals. Well, the nachos came SMOTHERED in tomatoes. They were sent back. We waited longer for more. Then our meals came. Not what we ordered at all. We ended up with chicken melts. We were too hungry and in a crunch for time to send it back AGAIN; so we ate that. Which was fine. It was tasty, but NOT what we ordered. The server never recorded a thing when we placed our order. Only thing that was right was the soft drinks... I hope? We were afraid to get dessert because we may have ended up with a rubber boot on a plate for chimichanga cheese cake! Dissatisfied is an understatement. So for the mishap, we were told we'd get 15% off our meal. Well, they didn't know how to make the discount. They tried CAA code, and we got 10%. Not the 15% we were promised.



I'll stick to the Gander location from now on.

Sine when is it the liquor law to make customers buy food to sit on your deck, especially after buying a meal and hour before and we just wanted to continue on to the deck for a few drinks. I have been to many other food establishment's similar to Jungle Jims and Jungle Jim's in the St John's Area this has never come up

Was there with my hubby for valentines supper yesterday and the service was good and waitress was friendly BUT my meat on my wrap was still pink and my fries were still half hard not fully cooked

Had to let the waitress know and couldn't stomach to finish it

Don't care to go back
