Took my son and my mom to Montana's for her 74rth birthday. The food was great, the service was good and mom got to wear the horns... what's not to love?

Jesse was our server. I felt bad that everything we experienced wasn't his fault but we needed to bring his attention to it. The food was luke warm at best, portions were extremely small on both our rib platters, my ribs we very small compared to the ribs on my boyfriends plate. Jesse was shocked once we brought it to his attention and he promptly ordered an extra side of ribs to make up for it. They came out delicious and piping hot, but didn't make up for the rest of the meal unfortunately. I have been going to montana's for years and it's unfortunate to say that every time I go it keeps going further and further downhill. Definitely not something I would expect from a franchise that keeps expanding. For $20+ a meal, I would expect much better.
