Love your shop - but why do you push the take-away cups? They're on the counter and staff reach for them as soon as you say "coffee." So, your shop is full of people with disposable cups who aren't going anywhere with them. A real mug is a special request. Why not make it the other way round - and reach for a "to stay" mug unless the customer requests a "take-away."? Easy way to reduce waste -- and classier. #default
