It takes a whole lot of courage to give up a well paying career in something you don't love.. to start a career in something you do. This is what Bernadette has done and is so passionate about it that you have to meet her to really understand how good she is, and how caring she is.. about YOU! She designs workouts tailored specifically for what your goals are, and pushes you in an extremely non-annoying motivational way to actually complete them. I've only taken piyo with Bernadette and it was amazing!! I cannot wait to go back and try some other classes! She's an amazing teacher and really knows how to motivate you to want to exercise. Makes going to class something to look forward to :)
